QUESTIONS BEFORE WE START PLANNING?
How far in advance should we contact Mazel Tov!! West about our Bar or Bat Mitzvah?
Earlier is always better, especially for popular dates, venues and destination Mitzvah weekends. However, every celebration is different, so don’t hesitate to contact us even if your date is approaching quickly. If we can help your family create an incredible celebration, we’d love to start the conversation. To answer the question, anywhere between 12 and 18 months out. Some families go shorter, some longer. Please don’t forget, we only plan one Simcha at a time.
Do we need to know exactly what we want before contacting you?
Absolutely not. Some families come to us with a venue, theme and entire vision already in mind. Others have a date, a child ready to celebrate and no idea where to begin. Getting to know your family, understanding what’s important to you and helping develop the vision is part of what we do.
Can Mazel Tov!! West help with our entire Simcha weekend?
Yes. We can help plan and coordinate an entire Simcha weekend, including hotels, venues, transportation, guest experiences, vendors and celebration logistics, while also providing entertainment, DJs and MCs, production, audio/visual, lighting, décor, theming and other elements of the Bar, Bat or B’nai Mitzvah celebration itself.
Can we hire Mazel Tov!! West for only entertainment, production or décor?
Absolutely. Your family can work with us for an individual part of the celebration or bring everything together through one team. Whether you need a DJ and MC, entertainment, lighting, audio/visual production, décor, room transformation, planning or complete weekend coordination, we’ll build our involvement around what your family actually needs.
Does Mazel Tov!! West only plan Bar and Bat Mitzvahs in Denver?
No. Mazel Tov!! West creates Bar, Bat and B’nai Mitzvah celebrations throughout Denver and Colorado as well as destination Simcha weekends across the Rocky Mountain West, including Vail, Aspen, Jackson Hole and Park City. We can also help families coordinate the additional logistics that come with bringing guests together for a destination celebration.
